    Helps toddler sleep!

    We use this product for our almost 3 year old. She has always had a hard time with sleep, and her pediatrician recommended this product. It works super well! We do 1/2 - 1 squirt for her, and it helps her fall asleep calmly, in about 30 mins (she takes it when we start stories). Versus without it, she could be up for 60-90 mins fighting bedtime. Changed our lives. Highly recommend!

    Every body and kid is different of course, but she wakes up happy and full of energy -- no apparent grogginess.

    Did not work for me.

    Used product as directed and the Liposomal melatonin spray did not work as well as my cheap 3mg melatonin pills....
