    Best magnesium for people with Crohn's, IBS and Colitis

    Since most people are Magnesium deficient, I am very glad that I found a product that I can tolerate. I have Crohn's and it is challenging to take magnesium without getting diarrhea from it. Well, TRI-MAG 300 is the answer. I have been taking it for years and I can confidently say that it has helped me to return to health and to stay there. It is one of my staple supplements and together with my daily homemade seaweed soup I feel really good.

    These stopped my nighttime leg cramps

    Prior to starting these Magnesium supplements I regularly suffered at night with lower leg muscle cramps. The cramps were so bad they woke me up and I had to get out of bed to massage and stretch my leg to try to get rid of the cramping.

    Since taking 4 of these capsules (2 in am, 2 in pm) the cramping has completely stopped.
