Products may be returned if in original packaging and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase date. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Customer is liable for original freight charges, whether or not a freight allowance was applied to the original order. All returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after one year.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement product from the retailer. The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Unless otherwise prohibited by law, our 100% Guarantee is not available for DaVinci® products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The 100% Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
