Sleep Tight

We've been using this every night for over a year for our five and a half year old son and it really helps him sleep, otherwise he finds it really hard to sleep. Even when you would think he must be exhausted - he can be up until 1am, the more tired he gets, the more unable to sleep he becomes.

It doesn't seem to affect his mood either (i.e./ not groggy)and he is such a happy boy.

What we really like is the ability to reduce the dosage. We've been slowly giving him less and less and now we give him just a drop (so we don't even push down for a full single pump, probably more like a quarter of a pump). It is so easy to give and it really works. We've never given the full 2 pumps dose and started off with a single pump and reduced it to half a pump and found that was enough.

To give an example - on holiday - he just couldn't sleep, we gave him some and 15 minutes later he was sound asleep.

Great product. It's been by our girls over the past 3 years and it's been a game changer. Some nights the kids are so wired and overtired, then a squirt of Sleep Tight and 10-15min later the yarns start, and lights out. Trick is to make sure they are already getting ready for bed and not just left continuing to play or their hype will take control and the windows for this to work is lost. Ideally reading a book in bed. We try make this a go to as needed, not every night.
