How to Use

As a dietary supplement, follow the recommendations below or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Initial: Take amount below twice daily, after breakfast and after dinner. Children age 4 and older: 1 capsule Adult: 2 capsules Senior: 3 capsules Maintenance: Take the above amount once daily after breakfast.

    Keeps me out of pain

    I use this product daily. My chiropractor suggested this to combat diverticulitis. Everything was good for year until my chiro retired. I tried to replace with drug store name brand probiotic. Bad idea, I was about to have a reoccurrence, which I never had with this product and my wife found this available on line. I got this product in the nick of time and cleared up the issue. I highly recommend.

    I will keep using forever

    I've been using this product for several years, 1 with breakfast and dinner. I also take psyllium husk and those two products together have 99% solved my constipation issues. Used to get it from my chiropractor's office, but they don't keep it in stock anymore and whenever they order for me, takes forever to get. So glad I can order direct from you and have auto-shipped. Thank you.
