This higher dose is usually taken under a healthcare practitioner’s guidance and for a limited time, but the included liquid dropper makes it easy to adjust the preferred dose to 2,500, 5,000, or 7,500 IU as desired or as recommended. It’s ideal for people who don’t like taking pills and who may be deficient in vitamin D.*

How to Use
