    I have taken this product recommended by my chiropractor after discovering I was lactose intolerant and needed a alternate source of calcium. The tablets are rather large but they will fall apart in water so I take it that way.

    I would not buy this product again

    The tablets are ridiculously large. I will have to find someone to give these to whammy want to use a mortar and pestle to ingest these
